Couple

20130917-230521.jpg

Suddenly I saw this couple, enjoying the sights of the almost empty street right in front of their home. A voice inside asked me to capture their image. I reversed my car, got their permission and clicked their photograph. A big thank you to both of you for allowing me to photograph you. God bless you both. Hope to meet you again.

Photography records the gamut of feelings written on the human face, the beauty of the earth and skies that man has inherited, and the wealth and confusion man has created. It is a major force in explaining man to man. Edward Steichen

Today was my first serious attempt on street photography. It was drizzling, and the marine drive at kochi was almost empty, and I thought I will capture whatever worth capturing on my way. Streetphotography is quite interesting. Some people denied my request to photograph them, and the majority was okay with it. Here is the photograph of a street vendor selling peacock feathers @ marine drive, kochi, kerala, India. Humans are really beautiful indeed!. I love humanity. They are wonderful.
