Railway termini are our gates to the glorious and the unknown. Through them we pass out into adventure and sunshine, to them, alas! we return. E. M. Forster

Ernakulam north railway station. More than a century old. Captured from the top of our apartment building during dusk. Now that the monsoon is here, clouds are going to draw patterns in the sky. It is time to mount the wide angle lens. Captured in the bulb mode, using my canon 550d. Since I did not have a tripod, I had to keep the camera on the wall, and press the button for a minute. Might have induced some shake in the process. Could have been better equipped, resulting in better results. That is the spirit of photography.
